One of the biggest aha-moments from the summit was this: building a dream business is a team sport. Whether you're staging the coziest homes or closing real estate deals that make headlines, it's the people around you who make the journey worthwhile. After all, Dorothy didn’t make it to the Wizard alone, and neither will we. It's about creating a circle of friends, mentors, and collaborators who share your vision (and your love for ruby slippers).
