We loved photographing and filming this property for our client, Bionki Interiors. Pantea and her team, leaned into the history and architectural bones of this well-appointed, very private 1926 Spanish Colonial Revival—once home to the Nottingham family and later to stars like Colin Farrell and Tim Curry. Perched just below the Griffith Observatory with full views of Downtown LA, the residence was curated to honor its provenance while elevating livability.
Inside, handcrafted stained-glass panels, timbered beam ceilings, vintage Spanish chandeliers, and wrought-iron casement windows set the tone. Nearly 4,000 sq ft unfold into layered gathering spaces and serene nooks, extended by multiple private, covered balconies and patios—perfect for savoring the SoCal climate. Bionki Interiors’ styling amplifies the home’s original romance with refined textures, nuanced color, and collected accents that feel both authentic and now.
