The Vision Is Growing: Boss Babe Creative Is Looking for a Creative Content Assistant

Creative minds wanted. Good energy required.
Creative minds wanted. Good energy required.

There comes a point in building a business when growth is no longer about figuring out how to do more by yourself.

It becomes about making room for the right people to help carry the vision forward.

Over the past several years, I have had the opportunity to work alongside incredible home staging, real estate, and creative businesses, helping them build stronger brands, create intentional content, elevate their visual presence, and show up online in a way that better reflects the quality of their work.

And now, Boss Babe Creative is growing.

As our client work continues to expand, I am looking for a creative, detail-oriented contractor to support the monthly content creation process for several of our social media clients.

This is not simply a position for someone who knows how to place text on a Canva template.

I am looking for someone who notices the details.

Someone who understands why one image belongs next to another.

Someone who can look through a folder of project photos and recognize the story, the design moments, and the opportunities hidden inside them.

Someone who appreciates beautiful interiors, thoughtful branding, strong writing, and the power of an intentional online presence.

Most importantly, I am looking for someone who is creative, dependable, organized, and excited about helping businesses show up well.

About the Role

The Creative Content Assistant will help support monthly Instagram content for home staging, real estate, interior design, and creative service-based businesses.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Creating Instagram posts and Stories in Canva

  • Curating client photography and visual assets

  • Building aesthetically cohesive monthly content

  • Creating simple educational graphics and carousel posts

  • Drafting captions based on established content pillars and brand voices

  • Organizing monthly content and client assets

  • Scheduling approved posts

  • Following established brand guidelines

  • Staying aware of relevant Instagram trends and content opportunities

Every client has a unique brand, audience, visual direction, and voice.

The goal is not to make every account look the same.

The goal is to understand the strategy behind each brand and help create content that feels polished, intentional, and recognizable.

Who May Be a Great Fit

This opportunity may be a good fit for you if:

  • You are confident using Canva

  • You have a strong eye for design, imagery, layout, and visual balance

  • You enjoy home staging, interior design, architecture, real estate, or lifestyle content

  • You are a thoughtful and creative writer

  • You understand how Instagram content can build trust, visibility, and authority

  • You are organized and comfortable managing deadlines

  • You are able to follow creative direction while also bringing fresh ideas to the table

  • You work well independently

  • You are open to feedback and collaboration

  • You care about the small details

Experience in social media, marketing, photography, graphic design, communications, interiors, or a related field is a plus.

A college student or emerging creative with a strong portfolio and the right eye may also be a wonderful fit.

While someone local to Chino Hills or the Inland Empire would be a bonus, this opportunity may be completed remotely.

What This Opportunity Is Not

This is not currently a client-facing strategy position.

High-level brand strategy, client communication, content direction, and final creative oversight will continue to be led by Boss Babe Creative.

This role is designed to support the creative production process and help bring established client strategies to life through thoughtful, consistent content.

The position will begin as a part-time independent contractor opportunity with approximately 15–20 hours of work per month and the potential to grow as the role and company continue to evolve.

What I Value

Creativity matters.

But so do communication, consistency, organization, humility, kindness, and follow-through.

I believe beautiful work is created when strategy and creativity work together.

I also believe that the way we serve clients matters just as much as the final product.

The right person will understand that every post represents a business someone has worked incredibly hard to build.

The details matter.

The deadlines matter.

The client experience matters.

And the work should always feel thoughtful.

How to Apply

Interested applicants should submit:

  1. A short introduction and a little about your creative background

  2. Three to five examples of Canva designs, Instagram posts, graphics, or social media content you have created

  3. Any experience related to home staging, interiors, real estate, marketing, photography, or lifestyle brands

  4. Your current monthly availability

  5. Your hourly contractor rate or package pricing

  6. Links to your portfolio, website, or social media work, if available

Please also share three Instagram accounts you believe have strong visual branding and briefly explain what you appreciate about them.

A New Chapter

Building a business you love also means recognizing when it is time to create space for collaboration.

For a long time, I believed I needed to carry every piece of the vision myself.

But growth requires trust.

It requires systems.

And sometimes, it requires inviting the right person into the room.

The vision is growing.

Now I am looking for the right creative to help bring it to life.
