No marriage is perfect and every couple faces difficulties and obstacles at some point. The key is to face these challenges together and work as a team. With dedication and communication, any obstacle can be overcome. Here are a few tips on how to overcome common obstacles in a marriage!
1. Agree from the get to that you are committed to working through your issues
2. Listen – allow your spouse to share how they are feeling and listen!!!!
3. Hold up your end of the bargain – if you agree to something, do your best to stick with it
4. Bend – even if you believe 100% that you are right, try bending a little bit.
5. Own your ish! Ladies we are not always right, when we mess up, we need to own it.
And last but not least! Ladies – do not argue with your husband in your head before even speaking with him.
