Social Media Management Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the social media management services ("Services") provided by Laurie Graham ("Provider") under this package. By subscribing to the this package, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Term and Commitment:
This Agreement is valid for one (1) year ("Term") from the date of subscribing to this package. By subscribing, you commit to a one-year term and agree to pay the applicable fees for the entire duration.
Services:
Provider will provide social media management services as outlined in the this package, including brand consultation, 30 monthly graphics, 30 engaging captions, cross-posting between Instagram and Facebook, and daily engagement activities.
Fees and Payment:
You agree to pay the agreed-upon fee for the package throughout the one-year Term. The fee can be paid upfront or in monthly installments as agreed upon. Late payments may result in penalties or suspension of Services until the outstanding balance is settled.
Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property rights, including graphics, captions, and other created content, remain the property of Provider. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the provided content solely for promoting your business during the Term.
Confidentiality:
Provider acknowledges access to confidential information and agrees to keep it confidential, not disclosing it to third parties without your written consent.
Termination:
This Agreement automatically terminates upon completing the one-year Term. Either party may terminate with written notice for material breaches. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for the remaining Term become immediately due.
Limitation of Liability:
Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages related to the Services. Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid for the package.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Agreement is governed by the laws of California. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California.
